  • Not damaged by customer mishandling

  • ✗ Opened or used products (for hygiene/safety)
  • ✗ Products outside the 30-day window
  • ✗ Damaged due to customer misuse
  • ✗ Without original packaging
  • ✗ Purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

How to Return a Product

Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email us at returns@fannohnaturals.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Instructions

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and return address within 24 hours.

Ship the Product Back

Package the unused product securely in its original packaging. Print the label and drop it off at any shipping location.

We Process Your Return

Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we'll make it right immediately—no need to return it.

To report a damaged product:

  1. 1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package
  2. 2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  3. 3. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost

Important: Do not use a damaged product. Damaged packaging compromises product integrity and safety.

Product Exchanges

Want to exchange a product for a different size or variant? We can help! Contact us with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange it for.

Exchange Process: Ship the unused product back with a prepaid label. Once received, we'll send your new product immediately. If there's a price difference, we'll bill or refund accordingly.
