1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Fannoh Naturals ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website fannohnaturals.com (the "Site") and all related services, products, and content offered through the Site.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframes specified on our Site. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
